Our customer had a very lean IT team to monitor infrastructure hosting critical patient data. As there were only limited IT staffs, they could not dedicate resources to monitor and respond to the alerts immediately. Hence, they encountered lot of false positive alerts. Therefore, our customer decided to opt for an automated tool to monitor the performance of their infrastructure cost effectively.

We developed a proprietary infrastructure monitoring tool to monitor AWS infrastructure. The tool is built leveraging AWS’s Elastic features such as auto-scaling and elastic object storage S3. The automated monitoring tool applies statistical, anomaly detection and clustering algorithms to detect infrastructure elements that deviate from normal baseline behavior.
